trying again...

I had a good start and then fizzled out, but had a couple funny stories so figured I'd put them here so I don't forget...

Ryan just had the biggest freak out, I wish I had got it on videotape. She was in Kyle's room, then heard the Kai-lan (a cartoon on Nick Jr.) song coming from the family room and came running into our bedroom with her hands over her head waving them back and forth and screaming and shaking her head back and forth and then started yelling "kai-lan, kai-lan!", it was hillarious!

She's started this new thing where when we put her down for a nap or at bedtime right before we walk out the door she'll say "know what?" then you say "what?" and she'll say some random thing. Last night she said "Opa's in Florida!", yesterday afternoon and this afternoon she said "I'm going on an airplane!" Will have to keep a list of the funny ones she comes up with.

Last week Kyle told me before he went to bed "mom, you're the nicest mom a boy could ask for!" Not sure where he came up with that, I think he must have wanted something, not sure what though!
